A whole lot of new doodles added!!

Thank you so much to all my readers for sending in me suggestions and requests! Yea i know, I'm like on this hardcore crazy mode to draw so just let me be until it dies down. ;)

Keep sending the requests in! Either by tagging, commenting on my post OR by email to dumbchoco@gmail.com. Pixels/Scribbles/Cgs doodles, you got it. Unless it's way beyond myself to do it. *no human-doll requests please!*

Sozai Graphic Tutorial Pattern Text

Learn how to add in patterns to your text in just 4-5 steps!
I'm doing this in Photoshop 7.0.
First open up a background/pattern of your choice. I'm using a pattern from Axel.
Click on Edit at the top left hand corner, select Define Pattern & Save.


Now open up a new canvas. *400 x 280 pixels*
And selecting the Text Tool, type in any desired words. I'm using the font Impact.


On the right, you should be able to see a Layer Window. Double-click or Right-Click on the word layer & select Blending Options.


After clicking, there should be a pop-up box. Select the Pattern Overlay and click on the little black arrow beside it, select the background/pattern inside & set your settings like mine. Or you may adjust it to your liking.


This is optional but you can also select on drop shadow to give it alittle more effect.
Play around with the options and you might just find out more new stuffs.

And you're done! This is my result :

• When did you first started this site?
  
I opened this site on 23.06.08, after i was inspired by many designers.

• What programes do you use to do the images?
  
- I use MS Paint for the pixels, Adobe Photoshop 7.0 for drawing doodles, GIFFY to make the background transparent. Jasc Animation Shop or Unfreez to animate the images.


• Do you make blogskin, banner or button requests?
  
- Unfortunately, i don't. I seldom make button requests unless I'm free. :(


• Can you please make ... for me?
  
- Well, depends. If you're one of my close friends, sure. I don't like to do layouts or banners because I only do them when inspirations/ideas strike me which takes a long time.


• Do you mind teaching me how to.. and what to do..?
  
- I'm afraid i can't help you guys because I'm not much of a teaching kind of person. You can find some answers here or here. Have fun. :)
